To qualify for a return and refund, the item must be:

Unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
Returned with all tags, accessories, and inserts originally included.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

How to return an item

Email us at info@trevior-shop.com with your order number and a short return request.
We’ll reply with return instructions and the next steps.
After you notify us, send the item back within 14 days.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged/defective or we made an error.
For returns outside the EU, any additional customs or shipping fees may apply and are not refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Exchanges

If you prefer, you may request an exchange (subject to availability). If an exchange isn’t available, we can process a refund instead.

Damaged or defective items

Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA customers)
